EAC Project Management is a multidisciplinary, energy directed project management business which operates chiefly in the Pretoria (South Africa) region.
What We Do
If a market for a product or service is identified, and the local industries do not operate on that system level cost effectively, we can integrate smaller suppliers to meet the demand, whether it be product development, maintenance or in the operational stage.
We deal with all facets of project management related to complex mechanical engineering, including a conversant capability in control systems and mechatronics. System Engineering Management ranging from requirement analysis, baseline reviews, specification practices, reliability improvement, configuration management, and more.
Our Services
- We do military or civilian projects in mechanical (especially automotive) and some heavy current, and mechatronic disciplines (EVs included).
- In both the development and operational stage, we ensure system consistency and integrity, all done with cost effectiveness in mind.
- Thermal analysis of systems and heat transfer, including engine cooling, and the flow of any gas in pipelines.
- We also do failure analysis.
- We will not take on something that we cannot do.
